Live IG Yoga Nidra Practice: A Free Yoga Nidra meditation on Live on Instagram. Yoga Nidra is an ancient but little-known yogic practice that’s becoming increasingly popular as both a form of meditation and mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 30 minutes. This is a guided practice that allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. This is a great practice to help retrain our subconscious mind and aids in better sleep. Dates and times will be announced on Sundays.
Saturday Mornings: Bring your mat and join me for a Slow Flow class outdoors at 9am at Rama Swim Club. The space is wide open and allows for safe social distancing. There are added benefits to being outside and connecting with the energy of others. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. This class is for all levels and a great introduction to people who have never experienced the practice of yoga. Please bring your own mat but mats are available for those who do not have one. Full Moon and New Moon Yoga: Bring your mat, journal, crystals and join me for Slow Flow class under the moon. Dates, Time and Locations to be announced on our IG platform. This is an hour and a half long class designed to connect with the moon energy. This class will be similar to our other Slow Flow class but we focus on setting intentions and releasing any kind of energy that does not serve us. This class is $15 and the venmo is @colleen-cromer-2

One on One Session: Private Women’s Empowerment Session. These sessions are geared towards women who are overcoming personal traumas, such as sexual assault and abuse. My heart is for women who long to gain their personal power back after severe trauma. This is a cause near and dear to my own heart. I work one on one with women to help them use tools from this sacred practice, such as mantras, intentions and warrior poses, to help them truly find healing and safety in their bodies once again. Private One on One: This is geared towards individuals who want to take their practice to a deeper spiritual level. We learn how this practice is deeply connected to the Divine and the power our personal yoga practice can have on our realities. Please inquire.
Retreats and Special Events: Interested in adding a holistic practice to your next work function, retreat, or special event, we would love to chat further on group rates. Please inquire.
