Vinyasa Prenatal Yoga 6-7 with Sarah O’Connor
The prenatal flow will move from one posture to the next creating softness in the body while building strength. Through this practice of movement and breath, you will deepen your connection with your baby. This class offers the opportunity to connect with other mommies to be and even get some tips on labor.

TUESDAY
Rest + Flow 12-12:45 with Jules O’Malley
Class will begin with a light meditation and breathwork to ground the body and reset the mind, leading into sun salutations to awaken and recharge the mind. We will end class with a series of restorative poses and affirmations to get back to our day feeling a little lighter and refreshed.

TUESDAY
Kundalini 5:30-6:45 with Kristin Stevens
Kundalini combines movement, breathwork, and stillness into a divine practice. The class will begin with selecting an oracle card, which will be the theme of the class. The gentle movement is introduced to warm up the spine. Once the spine is warmed up, yogis will sit in sukhasana, easy pose. The powerful ‘breath of fire’ is used to activate the shakti energy starting from the base of the spine. Then, guided meditation allows the practitioner to integrate the practice into the present moment.

Deep Stretch/Yoga Nidra 6-7 with Cynthia Catera
An immense journey of setting intention, aligning the nadis and seeking guidance from the divine wisdom through deep stretch and yoga nidra.

SUNDAY
Mind Body Balance 6-7 with Key Chancey
A vinyasa based class including pranayama (ancient breath techniques), meditation, asanas (yoga poses), and mantra (chanting). This practice invites you to explore and deepen your spiritual connection through yoga philosophy and a physical practice of sun salutations, standing/balancing posture, and backbends. This class is recommended for students with a foundational understanding of common yoga practices.
